Ordering & Shipping FAQ's

We ship anywhere in the US.

We currently have a flat rate shipping of $6.00 USD.

If your item has not shipped, contact [email protected] and we will work with you to modify your order. This may delay delivery by 1-2 days. If your order has already been processed and/or shipped, we cannot make any changes nor can we intercept a package once it has been shipped. Please refer to “How do I return my order?” or “How do I exchange my item?” for more information.

If your item has not shipped, contact [email protected] with your order number and correct address as soon as possible and we will modify it for you. If the item has shipped, “In Weed We Trust” will not and cannot intercept the package and redirect its course. “In Weed We Trust” is not responsible for the wrong shipping addresses customers provide at checkout nor does “In Weed We Trust” tamper with the shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please bear in mind that in this situation we are not obligated to reship or reimburse your item(s) if your order is marked as DELIVERED by the carrier.

Orders are currently being processed every business day and shipped out 24 hours after processing. We currently ship from New Jersey, United States. If you are located in the East Coast, your order can take anywhere from 2-3 days to be delivered, Middle America takes 3-5 days and the West Coast is estimated at 5-7 days.

Please check for order updates in the email address you provided at checkout. You can expect to find a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number 1-2 business days after purchase. Use your tracking number to follow the progress of your order.

Confirm you are searching the inbox of the email address you provided at checkout. Also, check your SPAM folder. If it’s not in there either, contact [email protected] with your order number for further assistance.
